Simmons Pharmacy

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Most of the time they do not have the full prescription, so you have to come back another time. During Covid, they treated customers like lepers. I wore masks, gloves etc and was still treated like trash. Last time I went there, walked up to yellow line. Customer 1 had moved 2m to the right leaving room for me to do this, then came back towards me and the officious staff member had a go at me and told me to move back to next yellow line. My partner is shielding so I had to collect her meds. Rude staff, unpleasant customer experience, I do not want to feel like rubbish when I am a paying customer. As someone who has had to use this place for more than 20 years because it is near to my partners GP, I am hugely disappointed. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INSIDE THAT PLACE AGAIN!

I use this pharmacy regularly. They are always incredibly efficient and helpful. Never had an issue. Friendly and polite staff, despite currently working in difficult circumstances.

Have used the pharmacy for the last 4 years and they have been nothing but helpful and kind.
Also like the counters there, which have a good variety of cosmetics and perfumes.

I would give an extra star if I could ! Very friendly staff , super efficient too!

Possibly the best pharmacy in the whole world... 🌎 I always go there to pick up dads prescriptions.. There is also a very beautiful girl working there.. I am normally very shy - but thought I would put that out there..

All the staff at Simmons Pharmacy are always friendly and helpful. I receive text messages when my prescriptions are ready which is great. They have a wonderful selection of perfumes and also have lovely gifts suitable for all ages.

I used to use the other pharmacy across the road. I decided to go to Simmons because I heard they were a much better one and staff much more helpful. I have been coming here regularly over 4-5 years and I find all the staff incredibly helpful, very willing to" go that extra mile" and extreme obliging. I cannot recommend them enough.

Rude and unhelpful staff will never go there again there’s a chemist right opposite them which is much better
