Poor service - they are meant to “serve” the community, notably the sick and in need of help.
Rang earlier in the day, got some advice as to the medication required for my baby and found out the time they were open until. After work my husband rushed down there knowing it would be close to the closing time of 5:30 but would just make it. I also rang ahead to advise he was coming in and would be close to the closing time and had told me he was just parking and would be in to purchase the medication. Not a time consuming task for them - a simple sale. He arrived before 5:30pm and the person inside locked the door in front of him and walked away to turn off the lights. I appreciate they want to get home but ultimately they should technically have still been open! Also worth noting that when I rang ahead I got a very rude response and advised “we are closing in 4 minutes”!! Turns out they decided to close there and then!
Don’t expect to be able to rely on your “community pharmacy”. We live a few minutes away but we certainly won’t be using them again.

I have only had problems with this pharmacy. I have a controlled prescription and it has only been difficult to get it refilled. The pharmacist never looks interested or kind. My prescriptions are hardly ready on time, though I order refills 10 days before I need them. They have also straight up ignored a prescription from my GP. I get judgemental looks, passive aggression, and I haven't even mentioned the fact that they like to close on random days with no warning whatsoever. I have determined that I'd rather wait 90 minutes for my prescriptions at the Boots in town than deal with this pharmacy again. Cannot recommend less.
