10-6-22. Only 3 staff working. Been outside now in the queue for 20 minutes! It was 40 minutes in total before I received my prescription, and upon checking realised it was missing mediation, (even after phoning to confirm everything was ready to collect).Really gone down hill since the change of staff, pathetic! Changing pharmacy asap!

Ibuprofen tables 6 pound when 3 for a pound most shops I no they need to make a profit but that's absolutely shocking just pure greed shame on you

All I'm going to say is this;

They need to seriously pull the finger out! They got staff who seemingly have no clue as to what their doing!

Since it's been taken over it's gotten worse again pull the finger out OR hire new staff who have some clue as to what their doing.

5 star service. Staff are very friendly and helpful

The pharmacy has had a face lift recently and it can get very busy depending when you go. Best to avoid lunchtime and around 5pm as those seem the busiest to me.

Friendly staff with good advice. Shelves under stocked but that’s understandable at this time of year.

Extremely good pharmacy. Really helpful and polite staff who are always ready to help even when they are under pressure. Outstanding in all respects. ☆☆☆☆☆

The pharmacy manager and her team, go the extra mile to provide a proficient and friendly service .
Particularly whilst we are all going through these difficult times.
