Very good shop with lots of choice. However, Natalya on the till was very ignorant and completely ignored me whilst serving me and continued talking to her colleague on the next till about a previous customer. It was as though I was not there, even though I called her several times. Very rude. She needs to learn some manners and re-train in customer service skills. Not the usual standard of staff for Boots.

I walked into the store to buy an over the counter medication today. I don't think I have ever had a service this amazing before! A pharmacist named Rachel served me. She was extremely empathetic and patient to listen to all my queries and answer them in a polite but friendly manner. Extremely knowledgeable and kind hearted lady who went out of her way to understand my condition and provide me with the best possible advice. Moreover, she made me feel the best I have felt in recent times. This lady is an asset to the store. Hope she gets a raise!

I have been collecting my scripts from those store for the last 10 years, yester went to collect my medication was told I only had one to pay for advised it should be 2 as 1 is a new medication which the Dr had just prescribed was told there it was 1 as new medication had been stopped! Called gp surgery advised both had been requested and given script no to chase with pharmacy called them 30 minutes later nobody had still answered the phone, shocking service will be requesting from elsewhere

Boots has always been a great store to get what you need. They stock various ranges. If you are stuck for Christmas ideas, you might find a few in the store. I was surprised at the selection of products they have this year.
The staff a helpful and its good to talk to one if you are stuck.

After a real battle with an online order, I went into the Exebridge store to ask for help. Michaela was really helpful and understanding and sorted the problem out. One happy customer! Thank you.

Barely anyone in the store to help locate an item. They have lots of things but it can be an ordeal to find what you need without staying 20-30 min looking around. What if you have a medical need and you just want to get the cream/ remedy you need? There was staff from the perfume section that helped when asked, but reluctantly.

Mostly, the staff are helpful, but sometimes the young ones seem irritated and just want to get red of you. Especially if you come in the last 20 minutes.
There is a shortage of many products when they are nedded since the pandemic. Such as cold medicines 💊 in winter.
I like the branch of Exeter Bridge. As it stays open until 8 pm from Monday to Saturday.
