This pharmacy has been absolutely fantastic with myself over the past few month's, helping me to organise my father's constantly changing medication. They have made time for me and been so helpful on every occasion. Imran has been particularly helpful. Its a great team of people and I have appreciated all the help and support they have given me over the last few months.

Absolutely disgusting they had small bottles of hand sanitizer priced at 9,99 aldi price was 1,99 robbing rats 🗣

I arrived to collect a repeat prescription to the usual unsmiling and generally resentful appearing staff.
From previous experience the customer is lucky if the place is open on time! This time it was a Saturday morning and a young man who didn’t seem to know what he was doing serving. On reaching home I discovered medication that I had never taken before rather than that ordered. I returned it on the following Monday to arguments from the pharmacist AND staff that it was the GPs fault. The GP advised that the prescription that I had been given was asked for and prescribed 3 weeks ago and that the pharmacy should have notified me at the time. Not only this but that any new medication should be discussed with the customer BEFORE being handed over to them, by THE PHARMACIST. None of which happened. I have switched to another pharmacy which is further away but which provides a proper and professional service and follows the regulations appropriately. AVOID if you value your health, safety and sanity.

I would be lost without this pharmacy! Always have my prescriptions ready every month for me! 👍
