This is the most useless pharmacy in Mansfield. I have a repeat prescription, I kept it with Lloyds when they took over the running of the pharmacy from Sainsburys. Lloyds forget to order important items and then blame the doctors for not allowing the items. What BS as I check each time with my doctors who advise me they have signed off everything requested by Lloyds and I have received what what was ordered. It is the inefficiency of the staff at the pharmacy. This pharmacy is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

They didn't mark my last prescription as 'collected', so I couldn't reorder my prescription on the app and had no medication.
I was told to get an emergency prescription, which meant that I would have to pay twice because of their mistake.

Awful place to deal with. Understaffed and those who attempt to work there are continually miserable and unhelpful, as if its our fault they are not staffed correctly. Treated rudely by one guy who said he was the pharmacist and said I was disrespectful when I was totally rational and just fed back on the appalling level of customer service which he failed to acknowledge (in fact it was so poor i thought he was a student doing work experience just answering the phone!). I eventually went to get my prescription and it was dumped in a Big box of others in the floor and they took ages rifling through it to find mine.

If I could score less than a 1 I would and seriously think Lloyd's need to look at this god awful attempt at being a pharmacy and close it down or restart with a new bunch of people .... Lloyd's you should be embarrassed.

So I’m stood on my own at the counter for 20 mins whilst the two people working there just sat talking in the back part where the pharmacist does the medication, I even said excuse me 3 times to no response I could see them on the mirror just sat there talking away it was absolutely disgusting and to top it off the server was rude and abrupt I only went in for something over the counter for my mother and I can’t believe the complete lack of sustained service and care I will not be going there again ever and I’ll be sure to tell others, especially with how tough things are for us all at this time a little politeness and even just friendliness goes along way especially to us who suffer with mental health problems

Awful place to deal with. There are three chemists working and only me as a customer and they said it will take 20 minutes to issuee two antibiotics. miserable and unhelpful staff members.

I'd echo other reviews on here, one excuse after the other why your prescription isn't ready/available; computer down, pharmacist on lunch, no pharmacist available, "we're a bit behind and there's hundreds of prescriptions on the system"...
Not the most customer-centric staff either - chatting seems to have higher priority than the queue.

Each time my wife with type 1 diabetes and tries to sort a prescription this always get lost delayed and have trouble obtaining medicine.
The obvious blame is set to the Doctors even if we stand at the counter and create another prescription for the same medicine the doctors still get the blame. The last time this happen she was told that she may have to pay for these ,after 50 years of being diabetic, pathetic

The staff lie and say your prescription has only just arrived so there will be a 45 minute wait, when I knew they had had it for 3 and a half weeks. They lose prescriptions, they are rude and basically just make up new rules as they go along. I’m changing pharmacies. If actually give no stars but there is no option for that.
