25 minutes wait time for a prescription when there have been 3 customers in store and 4 or 5 employees in the back. Staff is friendly, but service is so very slow even when it doesn't appear to be busy

Slow service but usually reliable (but not always)

This chemist is an absolute disgrace. In the present situation there response to telephone calls is to not answer. Then when you try to ring again they purposely take the phone off the hook. We have been trying to contact this chemist for four days and the same happens everyday we have tried to contact them.
We are self isolating due to health issues and cannot get any information on prescription delivery so now have no other option than to risk myself by going to the premises to collect our medication.
They should at least take calls to explain the proceedure they have in place.

If you’re in a hurry, don’t bother. Not sure if the staff could go much slower, one assistant is particularly rude and probably shouldn’t be in front of customers if she dislikes them so much.

Of all the days to close who thought Saturday closure was a good idea ?

Alright staff however a very small shop so there isn’t many options for different types of products however with this being a boots it is a great place to get parcels to be dropped off.
