was at Asda Burnley Pharmacy this morning around 11.15. However the counter girl told me the pharmacist had not arrived , because of the snow ( it had thawed and melted from the previou day! ) and could not sell me my over the counter painkiller. The pharmacist was epected in a another 10 mins or so she told me. i had already queued for over 5mins and was not going to wait and queue again. Not good enough.

Add a chemist or relliable great customer service and you can go and do your shopping and then go back and collect your meds
