Nelson Pharmacy

Very nice and helpful staff, and open on Saturday afternoon, I would recommend as a good pharmacy to drop by to for family necessities.

My prescription was sent over from 111 and I called to ask if it had arrived, Aqib who apparently is the manager at this pharmacy is horribly rude unprofessional and definitely needs training on his customers service skills. Eventually after our conversation we got to the bottom my prescription was there and it was available to pick up.

I asked my husband to pick my prescription, he was then turned away and told it had not arrived. I called back and Aqib very rudely answered and said he said my husband gave a different name and addres I haven't got time for this you want your prescription or not ????

All I wanted was my prescription.

Just had an emergency prescription through 111 and within 20 minutes I was in possession of the medicine, late at night.

Love that its open late and almost always has the script in stock unlike other places nearby that are big name stores.

Brilliant, deliver medication on time and very helpful when instore. Have everything i need.

Says open 7 days from 8am 111 sent prescription waited from 8 until 9 not open and not answering calls
