Church Pharmacy continues to provide the high level of customer service and expertise as expected. We have now used Church Pharmacy for a number of years and are extremely happy with their support and ability to provide stock and products in a quick and timely fashion.

Poor delivery services with no care in trying to rectify their ongoing problems.

Ive been using Church for the lat 8 years. Sadly the courier services let them down time and time again (This is now the 3rd time this year). While I appreciate this is not directly their fault, the courier service is an extension of their business, but they don't seem too bothered to raise a concern with their delivery services. Ive asked Church to look into this but Ive never had any formal feedback or way to limit problems with DPD or other providers. I find their distributor of the year award a farse as this is at least the third time their couriers have let me down this year negatively impacting my clinic.
