Well Stevenage - 108 Broadwater Crescent

Hardly ever have stock of prescriptions, then get told will be in the next day twice to go to collect and be told it hasn't arrived, call up to check if arrived, to be told it has but when go to collect told they had ordered the wrong one, resulting in unnecessary trips in lock down. Staff ignore you for ages, not even a "I'll be with you in a minute" to acknowledge you, and some staff don't wear their masks as they are meant to!

Never had a problem here until about 6 months ago. Repeat prescriptions always ready and on time as well as them chasing in advance. But now in the last 6 months it feels like it's gone into new management or GP had had new drs come in and now it's a struggle to even just get your repeat prescriptions. Communication is now poor and it feels like it is being palmed back to the patient as it being there fault for things not being done

Shocking waste off time . Four members off staff standing at the back doing nothing . Area manager on he’s phone he was rude . Poor lady on the front trying to serve put stock away . Why they are doing nothing .
All they say is won’t be long .
Bring back the other guy he was great sport on . Really felt sorry for the lady on the front trying to do everything.why they try and look busy

This used to be a good pharmacy,not any more,don't answer the phone,late with filling prescriptions so have now moved to Somewhere else
