I regret not going to this pharmacy sooner. The pharmacists are always professional and pleasant, as well as the ladies on the till.

They've gotten a bit nicer in here. Well stocked and easy to transfer orders from online pharmacies to pick up in person in an emergency!

Awful customer service, wasted my time and effort to visit the pharmacy especially after confirming the reason for coming down via a phone call prior to visit. They don't seem to care, lack of professionalism and very hostile environment.

The general staff in the pharmacy are polite and professional, however when it comes to the pharmacist with the beard that is a completely different matter! He is extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. I would not recommend this pharmacy purely because of him, I would suggest people in the area use C&H instead, where the service across the board is polite, helpful and professional.

This pharmacy has terrible customer services and they got my prescription wrong every single time. They either had the wrong amount, or things were missing or they didn’t have it in stock. They always blamed it on my GP and shrugged their shoulders when I asked them to fix it. I changed my pharmacy and have had no issues in terms of wrong amount, wrong medication or out of stock in the new pharmacy. It was not my GP, it was them all along. The staff are also incompetent and sour and unhelpful. They literally shrug their shoulders when they got things wrong. Glad I was able to use a different pharmacy.

Really like the actual pharmacist but numerous times I’ve had issues with the girls who work for them at the cash. They should be told if they aren’t sure or don’t know to ask the pharmacist instead of wasting my time over and over again and causing unnecessary frustrations.

Male Pharmacist can frequently be offhand and condescending as well as unprofessional. On more than one occasion has been rude and talked not just to myself (a 64 year old man) but also to other customers like children. Frequent problems with computer systems being down resulting in medications required not being dispensed. POOR
