I phone them up on Saturday as my mum monthly meds did not come and the person I spoke to was more concerned about going home and not helping me and said she not the person that phone mum up for her repeat meds there for not her problems and she was just covered for someone else (were the team work) and all leave messages for manager on Monday and can leave mum meds with the shop next door as can not take it to mum on a Saturday and I said how comes it taken a week and a half and mum run out of heart meds out and the lady said not my problem and it will come Monday morning as I'm going home so mum had no meds whet you going to do and she said not my problem I'm covering and going home in ten minutes
How bad is that no sorry and no customer service

Far too many mistakes with repeat prescriptions.
To reduce the likelihood of yet another mistake I walked to the pharmacy and provided a list of what was needed. However, when I went to collect it was an item missing because the pharmacy hadn’t ordered it. This was barely acknowledged by staff, no apology was given and I was just told to come back in 2 days time (by which time I had taken my last tablet).
It’s a busy pharmacy, so occasional mistakes are difficult to avoid, but frequent mistakes and never apologising when they happen is very poor customer service.

My mum and uncle changed to this pharmacy as we are in Letchworth quite a bit so everything was going well a few months went by where they would get a message to let them know it was ready and I would pick up there medication so this time my mum never got a message to say it was ready and my uncle was running out of his medication so I popped in to them to pick them up they told me that they don't deal with Stevenage doctors even tho they have been for a few months I was told that someone had to of rather bring in the prescription from the doctors or it's been done online which we have not been doing as they has been doing it on repeat when I tryed telling them that we have not been bringing it in or doing it on line they couldn't tell me why and made out that I was lying very bad customer service

Always an excellent, friendly and helpful service, whether for repeat prescriptions, vaccinations or just some advice. I have been using this pharmacy regularly for over six years.

This chemist is warm, friendly, helpful, clean and the service I have received is exceptional. Professional and always has my prescription ready without any hiccups. I have a hitchin surgery and I Come here as my chosen chemist because they are fantastic . I would recommend them again and again for great service.

Changed over to this pharmacy in March and have always been helpful, friendly and good with the prescriptions. Much better than pharmacies I have used before.
