Punni Pharmacy

Very helpful friendly staff whenever I pop in. Mr Punni went out of his way to help me sort an alternative when my doc prescribed something that had been discontinued by the manufacturer.

Best service ever. If you don't find what you want, they will make a note of it and order it in. Amazing. Staff very helpful, nice family, always friendly.

Pharmacist gave the wrong tablets so now instead of having tablets to ease severe pain I have 2 lots of anti sickness tablets. Called them but they are closed and will have to be in pain all night without relief. Not happy. Luckily I looked at the packet before just taking them or would have taken a double dose. Walked to the pharmacy in pain and will now have to walk back again tomorrow in pain. I can't even go to another pharmacy now because I don't have my prescription.

Pharmacist called me the next day and delivered my prescription.

This Pharmacy is abysmal!! First of all it would have been good if they gave out over counter items that were actually in date and not nearly a tear out of date from my visit at the beginning of the year. No apology when ringing them up to inform them of this either and no resolve either, shocking! Then I went back today and asked the pharmacists a question. He didn't even make eye contact and just looked down with his paperwork on the front counter when answering me which is rude. He directly told me the wrong info but I wasn't going to stand there and argue with him. Due to the number of times these events have happened I have taken this further. It's not acceptable to give out of date meds or give the wrong info to patients.
