Ditton Pharmacy

The pharmacist is so helpful and takes time to explain things if you have a question. Very friendly staff. So lucky to have this right on my doorstep .

Needs shutting down and a proper pharmacy being put there. Most un-organised pharmacy ive been to.

The amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Placed a repeat prescription on the call many times, and it was always ready the next day.

They were quite rude on the phone. Had an issue where I wasn't aware that my prescription had been made into a repeat one yet and it got ordered to my normal pharmacy. But by the time I found out I had gone to visit some family and need it straight away so asked if I could get it there instead. They did it, but were really rude and got annoyed about it on the phone to me, eventhough I just wasn't aware that I could have collected it.

Always first class first name basis service . Always Very quick I have never really had to wait more than five minutes

I like this little pharmacy because it's close to my house and linked with my GP therefore easy to get prescriptions sorted.
However whilst most of the stuff is polite, the lady is definitely not. She has such an attitude. I called and spoke with her on the phone and she cut the conversation putting the phone down while I was still asking my question (I wanted to know when I should call back but she jsut IGNORED ME and closed it) and in person she doesn't say hello or bye. Just hands the medications and moves to the next customer. What a shame as the usuap guy working there instead is so friendly and polite.

Brilliant. So much better than the miserable, deliberately awkward and inept staff at the two Well Pharmacies at Barnwell Road and York Street.

A pleasure to use. Lovely, considerate staff; always trying to find a way to help.
