I have previously bought a non-branded antihistamine from tesco pharmacy. Upon asking for it with a picture of the bottle the staff were extremely unhelpful and rude. They said they don't sell it and never have. I then bought the product from sainsbury's where I was treated with respect and staff were extremely helpful! I had the exact same experience from tesco pharmacy in clowne which I tried first.

Excellent Pharmacy...told them I preferred a certain manufacture of my medication and they went to the trouble of getting that particular brand in for me and marked my notes, this is the first time any pharmacy has gone to this trouble

The day big tesco pharmacy are absolutely terrible and very rude. Called up to get a emergency inhaler and told me no i said so your leaving a pregnant woman to have problems with her breathing and he said you should of called my doctors i did but nobody called me and then said call 111 its a joke it really is plus i signed up years ago for them to send me a text letting me know when my meds are there and thats alot of rubbish because they never do.

I have been going to this pharmacy for some time now, and every time I pick up my prescription the staff are always extremely rude and don't want to help (the woman with the short, died black hair, imperticular).
