Jhoots Pharmacy Riverside

This pharmacy is absolutely useless! I have been having the same prescription for years, having it delivered with no problem when it was Lloyd’s, changed to jhoots and suddenly nothing but problems, finally left completely without medication so I had to go to another pharmacy! Give this pharmacy a wide berth, they are useless!

Really?! It take some sort of skill to be this hopeless. Wrong prescription, half a prescription which I realised too late so had to go without for a fortnight. I always ring in advance to try to secure fast pick up but still not dispensed hours later. I've tried to be loyal but I just have to leave as the whole experience is unnecessarily stressful and a bit worrying. Where do the missing prescriptions go?

Disgusting service ordered medications of 1 month ago went to pick up about 20 days after and still nothing avoid this place staff are Abominable.....

Very bad service at this pharmacy Doctor passed prescription to next door j hoots on a Thursday
But was not ready the next Tuesday morning after ringing up on the Monday and told it would be ready after two pm
A very bad service and thet are not open on a Saturday
I suggest the get their job in order or close the service which they have not got

Really don't bother. Used to be ok but now just not good enough to provide the service required.

I thought I would give a bit of balance to the terrible reviews. Yes, they close at lunch and are shut weekends but so does every other pharmacy I’ve been with. I’m aware that Boots offer extended hours but this is an exception.

On a positive note, I’ve always found the staff to be friendly and helpful and quick to dispense when the prescription is sent through. The only reason I put 4 stars is because there have been a couple of occasions where the pharmacist hasn’t been available.

Just forget it if you work, shut at lunch and weekends. 20% chance of getting what you need or have prescribed even if you call prior to a visit. Then the pharmacist not in the pharmacy when you need something else.

Absolutely useless won't be using this chemist again
