ASDA Pharmacy

Extremely slow service. I stood 20 minutes at the counter desk waiting for the dispense ladies to even notice me. They were sat at the back,laughing,joking and having a good time.After giving my prescription to them I was told to wait 15 minutes ( there was no one else waiting when I arrived).
I ended up waiting 30 minutes even though my medication was packaged and ready to collect after 5 minutes. One of the dispense ladies placed the bag on the counter and then started serving other customers. Eventually one of the ladies finished work and on her way out she shouted to the other that the prescription which was laying on the counter was mine.

This was not my first negative experience with Asda pharmacy. They rarely have anything in stock and serving the customer is quite chaotic as if none of the staff knew what they were doing.

Most time medicine is unavailable if its available its long waiting. Customer service in Stevenage Asda store is excellent but pharmacy service is very bad.

They give good honest advice if you cannot see a doctor

Please teach your pharmacy staff what a hearing loop is for and how to work it.recently they mistook my pointing to the loop sign for just being impatient i think. Wouldn't happen if i was in a wheelchair probably. Thanks
