Vale Pharmacy

The staff are lovely - extremely helpful. After ringing 8 places I could not find a pharmacy that had my contraception in stock and needed it that day as going away the next morning. I called at 1pm and they said they would see if they could do something to help. They did. Five minutes later I called back and they said they would have it by 5pm the same day. I will be using Vale Pharmacy from now on. Thank you!

I have to visit this chemist regularly to collect prescriptions for my elderly mother. The pharmacist could not be more helpful, always willing to go to any lengths to help and advise.

A bit slow, but the two head pharmacists treat me very well and couldn’t be anymore polite.
Gets very stuffy and airless in the summer and could go with a couple of clean chairs,but a very well stocked shop. Gets a bit frustrating when they can’t complete my prescription but this being said I will still rate them a 4 star.

They are very helpful. No more than 2 people allowed in at a time. Mask required unless exempt. Staff friendly and professional. Recommended!

Completely out of date in terms of advise and complete lack of understanding about nhs procedures. Dont take e prescription and adapt to new guidelines regarding the prescription during covid19 crisis.

Staff are rude and incompetent, same as all the pharmacy’s round here. Pharmacist need reminding that most of their customers are either in pain, have a condition or disorder. All we ask for is some politeness and basic customer service. But they seem incapable of that. I’d give it minus stars if I could.

I was told I had to wait over a week for my prescription to be ready but when I went to collect my catheters the pharmacist told me he had cancelled my prescription & I was not told why so I will not be going back there for future drugs
