Rowlands Pharmacy

From my experience the service, attitude and effort made by all those that work at this branch of Rowlands is second to none, especially compared to all other pharmacist I have used in the past. The 3 stars given are for the people that work there nothing else. They are a credit to the business.
In my opinion the store is let down by the management of it (Phoenix Group). The store is under staffed and in desperate need of modernising/refurb. I have experienced so many different pharmacists there it feels really impersonal. Those who work there seem to be under so much pressure and stress coping with the high customer demand however they cope extremely well and are always generally helpful and friendly.
I believe if there was more staff and a permanent pharmacist this would elevate the pressure and make it a much nicer place to work and visit.
