Lalys Pharmacy

The staff are very helpful with ordering scripts and helping to sort problems when GPs get it wrong. Toni and lynsey are fantastic and definitely a credit, don't ever let them leave. 👏

This is myself and my mothers regular pharmacy. The front of house staff (Toni, Lindsay, Lola and others) are personable, knowledgable and professional. And the pharmacists Mr and Mrs Laly and the others are excellent, very helpful and always able to answer any questions regardless of how busy they are - which is VERY.

During the pandemic they all worked so tirelessly to continue to serve all their customers needs and keep things moving along as normally as possible given the situation.

Thank you to all the staff from me and mum for all you have done for us over the years.

The lady who served me was actually nice, but the -probably- manager / supervisor's attitude was totally unacceptable. She refused to hand out the medication I wanted to buy saying they have a shortage even when I explained that it's 3 adults who need it. She was exceptionally rude and definitely not showing any behaviour what you would expect as a customer let alone from a healthcare professional. There are many other pharmacies around where the staff is nice, helpful and supporting people. I will never visit this place again. Shame on this lady to leave a whole family without medication. She is cruel.

Really helpful staff, they are really good at supporting customers and know the best way to help. Having their support makes such a difference when you are unwell and they will go the extra mile when they can see we need help. Thank you all for what you all do

Fantastic staff who are always great helpful and understanding. Compassionate and have a great approach to customer's.
If all pharmacy have staff like lalys life would be amazing.

Would like to take the opportunity to say thank you to the front of shop workers at Kingston crescent who went above and beyond to help me when I had run out of some medication!
They took the time to listen to me and resolve the problems I was experiencing with the GP.
They have now set me up to have my medication sent direct to them which will text me when the medication is ready.
Brilliant service all round - thank you so much

Thank you to the staff at Lalys, especially lynsey who took time to help me when I needed advise regarding a personal issue!
She provided a discreet room to explain my problem which made me feel more at ease.
The pharmacist also came into the private room and suggested a few options.

This was the 3rd pharmacy I’d visited on this day and Lalys was the one that felt more welcoming.

Thank you so much you all made such a negative problem into a positive outcome.

I would give more stars but I had to wait more than half an hour for one prescription 2 medicines, because they were talking to each other (gossiping).
And I explained that I need it them as soon as possible because I had an urgent appointment with m midwife. I was surprised when the farmacy did not even had sterilised gazes but they have many other things which is great though.
I've been many other times and staff is very friendly... It just happenedthat day!
