Awful. Waited 10 minutes at the till whilst the man on it chatted with another customer about his holiday. When I asked when he was going to serve me, he told me to pay at the pharmacy counter. Left my items and went to a chemists who know customer service skills. worst boots I've ever visited. won't return. One star is to generous for this store.

One of the worst pharmacy service ,Too long waiting time ,and they are not short of staff, just unprofessionals, and most of the time after so long wait ,they will say ,sorry we dont have half of the medicines or even they will tell you take half today and half after 3 days ,Come on guys from which planet you are ,All the other pharmacies in the area are so much better so much quick then this pharmacy ,this is complete disaster

Very poor service very slow.
When your disabled you can't be standing around for long.
They never put my request through to my GP it's all a joke in there.

Waiting time for the prescription to long. My GP sent the prescription Friday to collect in the same day went Saturday asked me to come back Monday, as I am working had time in Tuesday, they said can’t gave it to me, gave to come 20 min later as the pharmacist is not there. In Thursday the same lady gave to me without going back to the pharmacist!!!!! 4 days without my Thyroxine tablet for ????
Had to change the pharmacy

I only needed to buy drops for a child without a prescription, just pay for them, one person worked at the checkout and there was a line of 10 people who had prescriptions. Why do I have to stand in line for 1.5 hours just to pay for the drops??? it is not normal!!!! Especially now with the virus.

My husband went there today to collect a prescription. This includes asthma and blood pressure medication. Apparently, the system was down so they couldn't check or release medication. Absolutely appalling. He needs his medication. If it isn't there tomorrow, he's out of tablets. And today, the prescription wasn't complete. So now has to go back tomorrow for a blood pressure prescription that was missed out!!
