Allchin Pharmacy and Travel Clinic

I received the worst parcel drop-off experience ever in this store. The staff was so unhelpful and turned me away for dropping off a large parcel for the reason of no storage space (Ironically I picked up the same parcel in the same package only two days ago from here). Someone whom I believe is a more senior staff told me to get back within a specific one-hour slot on another day to catch the delivery driver. I did not put up with a fight and I regret it. I called the service provider and they assured me this is not what their service entails.

Directed here by my niece. Wonderful! Friendly staff in a cozy pharmacy packed with everything you could need. (Especially helpful if you're in the market for baby items.) Also used Medic Spot in the store. It's a simple pop-in and see a doctor online for 39 pounds. Took only a few minutes and got my prescription immediately from Allchin's pharmacist. Couldn't be easier. Excellent pharmacy.

What a great service!!! NHS prescribed my 83-year old father medication that he was allergic to. He took a pill before checking and got an reaction. GP could not care less. But male pharmacist stayed open until we managed to get another medication that would stop his allergy reaction well after closing time.

I appreciate the help, care and patience of all the staff and pharmacists at Alchin Pharmacy whether in store or over the phone. We also got our vaccinations there this year and they did it super smoothly. Thank you guys for always being super helpful and nice!

Ive been going for years. I find the key pharmacist Miren so capable, efficient and pleasant. He has been working especially tirelessly though this challenging COVID time. To be saluted. Well done. He is very helpful and well informed.

Always disorganised. Regular prescriptions are never ready. Six people working in a small store and absolute no sense of urgency. We will be investigating other options.

I have been going here for over a decade. The Chief pharmacist always goes out his way to assist me, the rest are also always friendly, polite and helpful. Only annoyance at times is when it's busy, all that clutter around the counter, which is not necessary. Customers then have to keep moving to let other people be served, and get past.

Good, very well equipped, old style pharmacy. Miran, the owner, provides excellent customer service and will go out of his way to assist you.
