They are very polite, friendly and skilled, They work very hard to accommodate patients needs. They always have the medication that other pharmacies don’t have, I suffer depression and anxiety so it’s very important to get my prescription on time before I run out medication, Can’t recommend enough, it’s really worth visiting this pharmacy.

Almost the best pharmacy I have frequented over the past 50 years. Never had a problem at all with prescriptions and if I am unable to leave home I only have to ask and they will deliver prescriptions.

These guys work tirelessly to make sure your meds are available before you even realize you're about you run out.

I am immensely grateful to you all for eliminating the stress for maintaining wellness.

Fabulous staff, service and products. Recommended without reserve as the pharmacy to look after repeat prescriptions.

My partner and I came here earlier today in desperate need of travel vaccinations and the staff could not have been more helpful. Everything was explained clearly and efficiently, and the young lady who administered our vaccines was an absolute delight. I’d definitely recommend Lalys if you need travel vaccinations on a short turn around!

Woeful service.
Went to pick up an urgent prescription for my son who has an acute ear infection, branch had decided to close 10 minutes early. Rang the other branch in Guidlhall who were unprepared to help and told me to call back 111. Woeful and irresponsible.

Very good Chemist been using them for quite a few years now, always a friendly welcome from the staff , and always an efficient reliable service.

Whenever I’ve needed to pick up my son’s prescription they’ve been really kind to bring his medication out to me to the car because of having my kids with me at the time. Thank you!
