My ageing mother has dementia and Weston Rd Pharmacy has been a godsend in helping her cope with the challenge of medication for a person with memory problems. They are one of only a few pharmacists in Stafford that provide a dosset box service free of charge. If there is ever a problem (usually as a result of my mother's confusion) they are always helpful and sort it out promptly. Friednly, helpful staff are always approachable. Highly recommended

This Chemist is amazing. Always very helpful. Explains the medication to you if it’s a new prescription. If the prescription isn’t there they will chase it up. The staff are all very friendly. Will always use this chemist.

Gave me the wrong medication,and they refuse to change it..they told me got to wait when I only got 7 days left worth of them, to reorder them again,thanks to them these medication I am taking are not gonna make it till june.as they told me I have to wait till july to get them reorder,they have mess my espispley medcation up as well,not impress using these...never ever again
