Excellent service very helpful

Incredibly unhelpful and rude. Will be making a formal compliant to head office.

I was made to pay for a prescription twice as they did not communicate I had paid for it the first time. They ‘lost’ the rest of my prescription when I came back to collect my other half of the prescription.

I have had three bad experiences now and I have changed my pharmacy.

Superb service. I took my mum there this evening and both the assistant and pharmacist were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. Would definitely recommend them. Superb customer service and support.

Although their website clearly states what services are providing, the reality is terribly dark: don't expect delivery from them, ordering your medication, giving you a simple Medication advice etc.
Very unhelpful staff, the only thing they keep saying is: " we don't do that, we don't provide that etc!"

Woman on counter is extremely rude
Can not do her job properly!
She is disrespectful and has serious attatude
