Staff are as helpful as mud in your shoes and condescending, thing that let's the place down is no matter how long they have my prescription it's never ready and I'm left waiting 20 to 30 minutes almost every time.
Went in last Thursday didn't have all my meds said come back Friday-Saturday I go back today Monday still not ready and give me excuse have no stock as its flying of shelfs, should be ready tomorrow,won't hold my breath.this pharmacy had been terrible for prescriptions since I moved to the area.

Lady behind the counter is really rude… personal product bought and she shouted what it was for and what my name was!! Never ever come back here, she was disgusting Zero personal people skills especially working in a pharmacy!

Had my COVID booster here, Staff are helpful, Pretty Good Really, Only issue you have to park on the main road.

Staff are absolutely vile, just asked for help finding a product as I didn't have my glasses. The horrible blonde old lady on the pharmacy shouted at me to wait and someone will be with me ! Whilst she did nothing and the other member of staff was just as rude. Don't know how they even still have jobs with attitudes like that

I went to collect a prescription this morning (Tue 06/04/21) that had been put in by the doctor on Thursday 01/04/21. After five days of having this prescription, I was told that they didn’t have the stock and would I like to have my prescription back to take it elsewhere.
So much for offering a first class service and customer care that they boast about on their website.
I was very disappointed and annoyed with the way I was treated and definitely would not recommend this Chemist to anyone.
They clearly do not have any customer care.
I took my prescription to the Boots Chemist on Arbury road around the corner who were delighted to give me my tablets, with a top class service.

Been coming here since I moved to the area 2 years ago and the staff have always been great. Also came here for all my vaccines and Humaira is always cheerful and helpful putting everyone at ease.

Just had my booster jab and would like to say
how well organised this facility was.
Well done it makes a change to be in and out
Job done. Other sites should learn from this one.

I've worked here several years ago and loved it had to leave when I had my children went back recently for covid vaccination everything ran smoothly strongly recommended
