No pharmacist, served by a trainee for Pharmacy level meds with no supervision. Very very expensive. No one at the counter on arrival, had to wait several mins while they stopped chatting around the corner.
Only used as needed pain relief after 6pm and was 2miles closer than Tesco. Prob won’t bother again unless only place open.

Equally was not sold with any advice on how to use a handful of products. Good job I already knew how to use them...

Was told a prescription would be there for me to pick up Friday. Go there Friday evening and it's not there, told to come back Saturday. Phone up Saturday and surprise, they don't get deliveries over the weekend, and to phone back Monday lunch time. Also, the woman I spoke to on the phone has a real problem with attitude, maybe a little training in customer service is needed. I need this medication and this is unacceptable. Will be switching pharmacies.

The female there with brown hair and glasses almost ate me alive because I dared to ask for the medicine that they rang and said was ready

It was 5pm and melatonin for my 5 year old

She was very rude

Someone P1SSED on her cornflakes. !

Brilliant staff. They Sorted out a medication problem as my normal pharmacy didn’t have this medication in stock. Thank you so much.

Rude, unprofessional and unpleasant pharmacist at Lloyd's in Sainsbury today.
Alledgely she can not read prescriptions from Glos Royal hospital so will not prescribe medicine. She refused to speak to the hospital who had gone out of there way to resolve matters and talk to her. The only option left is to go back to the hospital and get a new prescription or drive to our GP pharmacy and hope they can help. Her behaviour resulted in severe distress and a 20 mile
trip to take the original prescription to our GP

Arranged with a pharmacist over the telephone for an appointment in person, today at 4. Left work early to get there on time. Greeted by a very disgruntled male pharmacist who became extremely rude and proceeded to say to his colleague ‘THIS *** WOMAN’ - I presume he was talking about me - people skills not his priority!!! Left without the medication I had been asked to pick up, so have to return tomorrow to discuss with the lovely female pharmacist who kindly initiated my appointment.

I don't usually leave reviews but I have to say that Lloyd's Pharmacy at Sainsburys is fantastic. Twice in the past few months I have been prescribed an emergency prescription out of hours and both times the prescription has been packed and ready to collect within minutes of it being sent through to them. Staff are extremely professional and go above and beyond. Thank you Lloyd's!
