Slow service, staff don't really seem to have any idea of what's going on (allow at least 30 mins per visit) . If you can avoid this one then use the other lloyds pharmacy around the corner which is much better.

If you have to use this chemist please be aware that during this current crisis you will be waiting for at least one hour in the car park take plenty of extra clothing and a hot drink and a seat of some kind if poss

They Need more staff. They can't cope

Probably the worse organised pharmacy EVER. Medication is either not available, not been ordered or prescriptions take up to 10 days to process. Considering it services a large GP surgery it is poorly staffed and no is priority given for essential medication.

Shutters down half an hour before the closing time stated.

Lovely pharmacy. Very helpful staff. Lots of stock
