All the staff are friendly fast and efficient. The assistants are always polite and helpful {even over the phone)!! And as for the pharmacist, above and beyond is the only way that I can describe the approach he takes to his profession. Thank you from a very grateful customer. Julie

Couldn't get my medication at any of the Lloyd's or Lloyds direct, so tried here for the first time. The staff were SO friendly and helpful. They had everything I needed and I had a happy ending to a stressful search. Thank you!

A shop that puts the customers first.

Following Shaun's well earned retirement in mid July 2020, the shop is under new management. Thankfully the new management are carrying on where Shaun left off. Service is just as good.

The frontage has had a facelift and the inside has been revamped and modernised, both long overdue. It's certainly pulled up the appearance and feel of the shops.

Went in for an over the counter medicine that I have used for years for migraines and that I have discussed with Dr, who knows my medical history. Only to be told by the jumped up, rude and aggressive female pharmacist that I suffer from headaches not migraines so just need paracetamol. When I stated that my Dr is happy with what I was asking for. She continued to try and embarrass me in front of a full shop, stating to the very nice lady on the till and to everyone else in ear shot 'Look at her she won't listen to me just serve her.' She then went back to the dispensery area and then shouted across that if my migraines were that bad I should be on Sumatriptan. I stated back that this makes me ill, and then walked out. WHY ON EARTH WAS I HAVING TO EXPLAIN MYSELF TO SOMEONE WHO DOESNT KNOW MY MEDICAL HISTORY!!. Also I am sure that I should not be subjected to having my personal medical issues discussed rudely and aggressively across the shop. I would have no problem taking advice if she really had some medical solutions to my dilapadating migraine issues, but she was agressive and condescending and had no clue about my medical history to make any comment. Perhaps asking the customer politely next time what have they tried, what happens when they have a migraine, why does this medicine work..... absolutely disgusted with the unprofessional pharmacist working here.

Went in for some tablets for tooth ache as I was working away, the female pharmacist was so rude and obnoxious I couldn't believe it, then walked away muttering under her breath and shaking her head, even the lovely woman behind the counter mouthed sorry to me so it was clear that this vile person isn't very well liked by her own staff, would recommend going elsewhere rather than deal with that cretin.

Never any queues. Always polite and friendly staff.

Great pharmacy staff always helpful.

Friendly, personable service. Much better than any of the chains.

Edit: Slow under the new ownership. 20 minute wait to make up prescription is too long. Have moved elsewhere.
