Terrible branch - not surprised to see so many negative reviews here. The main problem is the lack of any queuing system; in theory there are two queues (one for prescriptions, one for everything else), but there's no indication of where you should line up and there's usually only one member of staff serving, resulting in endless waits and customers milling aimlessly around the counter. I did highlight this in a feedback survey months and months ago, but the only response seems to have been to remove the feedback forms. The customer service is the worst I've ever seen, though I've special affection for the pharmacist who told me "You can't just walk in and EXPECT us to have medication here." Only recommended to anthropologists, masochists, and people who are fond of Italy, because one of the assistants will ALWAYS be discussing their holiday in Tuscany with a customer, thus lengthening the delays.

hate having to pick up my prescription from this boots. Always such a long wait and the staff are incredibly rude. I have a hidden disability, was wearing my exemption lanyard and i could hear the staff talking about people not wearing masks, made me feel very uncomfortable. Then i was served by the manager, avtually had to look twice at her badge which stated she was the manager because her attitude was disgusting.
Going to change the location i pick up my medicine from

Despite the constant abuse they receive, staff here are very friendly and accommodating. They are always as efficient they can be, don’t deserve the horrible reactions they have to put up with.

2 people behind counter, one refused to serve me as he was doing some paperwork. I was first ignored then spoken to rudely. Go somewhere else is my advice!

The Staff are always helpful and polite. The Store needs a other telephone just for medication queries and more Staff to answer the telephone as it just rings and rings and then cuts out.

The staff in this store get so much abuse from customers its unbelievable! Majority of the time it's not the staffs fault I wish the general public were nicer to retail staff especially pharmacy staff!!They do a brilliant job especially under the work load they are given they have 100s of peoples prescriptions to deal with on a daily basis but all people seem to care about is the queuing system it is quite simple really you have a prescription counter where the pharmacy is then you have a till to the other side that is retail not sure how people find this so hard to understand! I feel for you girls having to deal with the constant whining and moaning from the general public everytime I come into this store they are just getting abused maybe if people were nicer the staff would be less moody at you!!!

Have always had good service. The pharmacy is very busy so realise that it may take a bit longer some times. The staff work very hard & always seem to have a lot to do. Good service when you realise how much preasure the team is under.
