Woodside Pharmacy

Went to collect my wife's prescription items on Saturday at 11.30 am as the website said pharmacy was open untill 13.00.
The place was locked and bolted so my wife could not get her heart medication. A note on the door says "closed Saturday and Sunday."
Fortunately she had enough to last until Monday but it could have been a serious issue if she hadn't.
This is not good enough, if they have a website it should show the correct opening times or remove it from public view, not stick a note on the door.

The owner is such a rude and obnoxious person and that would explain why the manager is exactly the same, all I did was refuse to do was give my address out loud and in public. As I was not prepared to give my address to everyone in earshot, the owner would not release my monthly prescription until I did, I tried to compromise by getting him to show my address so I could confirm, he refused, he then told me to leave and find an alternative pharmacy. I’ve rated it a 1 star but if I had a choice it would have been a minus

I don’t think I will ever change from this pharmacy. There are worse ones out there. Always treated with respect. When I’ve been to the pharmacy for clinical advice as not needing a GP appt as the pharmacist can help I have always left with a treatment and this has helped.

Rude, obnoxious, disrespectful pharmacist. Basically told me he didn’t care how he spoke to me, no apology for his disgusting behaviour. People come in to you with all sorts of circumstances, at least try to care, pretend if you can’t actually do it, but don’t treat them like this.

Absolutely appalling service. Script presented on Monday for a liquid diet after a month in hospital with major bowel surgery. It's now Wednesday and I've still not got my liquid food as prescribed to me by my consultant, and im told it will be 2 more days. To leave a patient in need like this is barbaric. I resolved my issue by going to Boots, a proper pharmacy. I have been lied to daily. DO NOT USE this pharmacy!! The staff are incompetent and ignorant, and have no care for customers or their situation.

I wish I could give less than one star. Most other pharmacies will give emergency prescriptions. This one won’t. They often mess up my partners prescription and even when he’s been in with a slip ALREADY SIGNED by the doctor, they still say it’ll be days before it’s ready. There is only one helpful member of staff in there. The rest don’t seem to care or are rude. Will definitely be changing as soon as possible!

Doctor wrote note on prescription not to prescribe certain brand of medication for my son. Pharmacist ignored the instructions and ordered the same one. No phone call to check as to why we didn't want this brand. Left waiting for ages whilst they tried to find the prescription with no apology or any apology for not contacting me. Nor did there appear to be any understanding that the medication is for a serious condition. Simply told they're really busy. Not good enough!

Absolutely disgusted with how I have been spoken to by the pharmacist today.
He was so rude that I came home in tears...
I asked him if my daughters meds were ready as the doctor had said they should be a few hours... to be told we had to wait another 2 days... I simply said is there nothing you can do as she is 3 years old and in pain.
They then went off to get my prescription.. And the pharmacist himself came over to tell me in a very rude and aggressive manner that they had 1100 prescriptions to sort through and print off and we are only just finished.
I will never be using them again and will be ringing my doctors tomorrow to have my prescription pick up place changed.
