Dont get your perscription sent here, verry rarely do they have preety much anything in stock, you wont get the right number of meds. Was perscribed a months worth of fluroxotine and only got 6 days worth. Absoloute rubish, go to crown hights instead

Said closed, however popped head around the side and a man was there, the 'chemist' I gave the pleasantries and asked for over the counter pain killers.
After a stare off he turned away in ignorance.
A young helpful lady assisted.
I wouldn't want to say what an ignorant commonwealth gentleman so I will end the review with must work on social skills.
If they were any good perhaps own shop if they were business minded, but need to rely on a supermarket, that's tell us every thing we need to know..
It is a shame in this day and age this person of color appeared to act prejudice towards us.
I find this racist and upsetting when is the most qualified.
I will make a report to the standards council.

This pharmacy has to be the worst in the Country. Was forced here by my Doctor to pick up emergency medicine whilst on holiday in Hampshire. Joined the queue for the pharmacy at 11.20am (on a Wednesday), by 11.55am was told that they were closing for lunch and anyone still in queue at that point would need to return at 2pm. It got to midday and was turned away by an extremely rude staff member. Extremely frustrating, and the blame was put on staff storages - but customers were treated poorly. Went from here to Boots Chemist (less than 2 mins drive away) and was served within minutes in a professional manner.

What the hell is going on with this Pharmacy, they used to be so efficient. They used to answer the phone, text you when your medication was ready. Now they dont answer the phone, no notification text, you have to make a trip and hope your medication is ready, queue up for hours to then find out they havent made up your order (even though they've had it weeks!) and have to come back and re queue again and then they shut for a 2 hour lunchbreak, why 2 hours!!!. So disorganised and needs a decent manager to sort it out. Says they are short staff but its been going on for months, hopeless.

Never answer the phone.
They are rude.
When you have to collect your order you have to wait 15 minutes to pick it up again even if you have queue before.

Just an awful service every time. Slow and not enough staff who are under awful pressure. Thought picking up in sainsbury would be easy and it’s the worst service. Never ever again

Theres no point it being there. It can't provide a basic efficient service and should save all the agro and close... Rude, shirt staffed, set their own hours compared to their website and google. Don't have stock. Huge cues. Pathetic! I would rate 0 stars if possible!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
