Jade Pharmacy (Wembley) & Travel Clinic

My family have been using this pharmacy for years and I am glad to say they have not let us down at all using their service. Throughout staff coming in and out have all done and maintain excellent service to me and my family. They do so many services yet they are provided with excellent quality and a smile. Highly recommend using them and having them nominated as your pharmacy

Rude staff, no customer service. They have made mistakes with my ill mothers medicine a few times and refuses to accept responsibility, Insisted it must of been my fault and not even a simple apology.

Third class service…I went for my baby’s ear piercing & the lady behaves like she is doing favour by accepting us as her customers.

No proper info given & said they policy do not allow to take pictures or video for same.

Jade pharmacy is giving great customer service as always,staff is very friendly and kind.They giving all my medicine on time and never let me down.
