Boots

Myself personally I've never known such a extremely poor service from the Pharmacy at Boots in Cheltenham, if Boots disappeared from the High Street it would have to be a good thing. Because everytime I go there, which recently has been regularly there's a queue goodness how long with only one member of staff that's serving & even she is working so slow it's totally unbelievable.
Overall, the Pharmacy at is worse than pathetic it really is, unless anyone has got all day to wait in a queue then I strongly recommend going somewhere else to either collect a prescription or to get advice.

the pharmacy had issues with their printer today that resulted in a long queue forming towards the end of the day. i could only pop in at this time as i finish work at 5:30 but was warned in the queue at 5:45 that although our prescriptions may not get sorted today, they would be released onto the spine so we could use another pharmacy to pick them up same day, no problems there. the whole thing was handled well, explained clearly, and the lovely lady (i think, sue?) working behind the counter was so professional and calm despite a really aggressive customer wildly overreacting to the experience. he treated her with real contempt but she remained so polite throughout - an absolute credit to boots as a company! i only wish i could have her patience :)
all in all, a tricky situation the team handled with real grace.

The pharmacy has been offering increasing poor, slow service. They also don’t indicate online that they shut for lunch at 2. Why they can’t stagger their lunch break and offer some kind of service is beyond me.

This pharmacy is a shambles. Too few staff and prescriptions take too long. That’s when the pharmacy is actually open !!
1.45 daughter turned away for her prescription after waiting 15 minutes. I then went back after their lunch hour to find a queue 20 people long and it took me 45 minutes to get the prescription. Do not use boots Cheltenham twin centre

Has anyone else found Boots nowadays has gone downhill fast. They seem to have sacked all their staff and replaced them with self service machines, that may be OK to pay.. but try asking a question to one about the products they sell .. likely to get an answer. "Move yourself out if the bagging area".. Frankly if there is a choice go elsewhere... Super drug. Perhaps . Or online. BOOTS. WISE UP!

Very rude customer service, I almost had to beg to one of the ladies to get me a lancome cream that are locked away in a drawer.
Also because of “shoplifting” they only display boxes of skin care products so you have to ask for it in the till, parfums are locked and there is no staff to ask for the parfums that you’d like to test. It is overall very uncomfortable to shop there, instead of locking everything away they could put a couple of guards!
Nex time I go elsewhere where shopping is a nice experience, and you don’t annoy a lady because you want to buy a cream

Seem to be increasingly anti people with mobility issues. All the accessible entrances shut off, the rear entrance to the pharmacy permanently!! Wheelchair and mobility aid users beware.

Good pharmacy and beauty products. Enough stock. Easy self checkout
