Tesco Pharmacy

Absolutely disgusting customer service from the so called pharmacist here. My partner phoned up with a simple question and was rudely spoken to with the phone put down on her a number of times, when asked for her name she wouldn't give it. ( I wonder why ) we have taken this further and complained to a very nice and very helpful customer care team member who herself was also discussed with the attitude and service skills of the so called pharmacist.

Worst pharmacy in town. Now it's a fouth time as I will have to go there to get proscription for my friend who is self isolated. The medicine is bescopan which you can easy buy in any shop and they have in store for sale. But they can't get it in stock .

Asked some advice on Early Saturday evening and both the lady and the pharmacist could not have been anymore helpful!! Thank you so much!

Best pharmacy by far full time pharmacist and items usually ready to collect

We have collected our prescriptions here for over 3 years. It's an amazing service, always ready for collection after we receive a text of confirmation. Popped in Saturday to collect a prescription and asked for some advice from the pharmacist, they are always happy to help. Thank you for the service you provide especially throughout the past 12 months when many have needed your help due it being difficult to see a gp.

I have never been spoken to as a customer as what I have here! Disgusting behaviour from someone who is meant to help people get better.
I would never make anyone feel the way the staff here do, I was worthless and not worth her time, I was a inconvenience and a annoyance.
Luckily the Tesco staff took my complaint seriously and were so apologetic and disgusted. It’s being taken further thanks to the amazing staff at Tesco customer care!

Despite all the pressures, the staff, that I have had contact with, at the pharmacy, go out of their way to help you and give truly fantastic and caring service. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible customer service been waiting for my prescription of two lots of insulin know if tablets and antidepressants do you think when you’re on medication like this I would have it ready when I said I would ring up and it takes them forever to answer the phone and sometimes they’re quite rude so I’ve decided to take my trade elsewhere so customers think before you sign up for them to do your prescriptions
