I found them to be very rude and they even make you wait 15 minutes when you are the only customer. Now using the pharmacy at St Marks for a fast and friendly service.

On the 12th Arpil my partner went to go get tablets and was greeted by rude girls who proceeded to gossip and laugh, they then took well over 20 minuets to give him his tablets but these were not the whole course. On the 13th April I phoned ahead on behalf of my boyfriend to see they could give him the rest of the antibiotics he needed as they didn’t yesterday. The 1st time I called I spoke to a VERY rude girl who had no telephone skills, after being unable to find my partner on the system she said that I will need to phone the hub and gave me a number, the number given was a fax number. After finally getting though to the Hub I spoke to a lovely woman who was able to get the rest of the antibiotics that my partner needed, she was very helpful, friendly and had amazing telephone manner! At around 11 my partner went and got his tablets and was greeted with the rude girl but he was then seen by the lovely woman upstairs who was able to give him his full course of antibiotics!
All of the girls in the main pharmacy were very rude and childish apart from the 2 older ladies who were trying to keep them in check however when they walked away they continued to be rude? If you don’t like working on a Saturday then get a different job. I personally have worked in retail and the health care system so I have to have very different conversations and work on Saturdays to BUT I have never been as rude, childish and disrespectful like this EVER.

Staff are rude, they are making faces when you ask to check the prescription in the computer, specially when they have to order it.

The staff are rude they messed up my medication multiple times and never get medication right I have loads of problems

Absolutely never answer the phones. Ridiculous. To add, the most rude, condesending and incompetent staff you would ever meet.

Great service, the new pharmacist seems very knowledgeable.

Waste of time. Having to queue outside for over 20 minutes. No acknowledgement and a long queue. To get no where fast. Will be changing pharmacy's where the staff care about there customers and no so rude
