Excellent pharmacy. They go above and beyond to help, and very clearly explain things when questions are asked. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Talk about rude. I walked in this morning and politely said “Good morning, I have a prescription to collect.” With that the lady behind the counter threw her hands up in a baffled way, she was clearly agitated and said “Yeah, well what’s the name then?” in a sarcastic tone. I can’t fathom why people think it’s okay to treat paying customers this way. I think I’ll move my repeat prescription back to Boots, I’m not putting up with sass for expecting basic customer service.

This pharmacy is great, I went up to direct pharmacy in Guilford to get My COVID booster, Its on a back road but it's a walk in pharmacy so there's no booking I only waited 15 minutes (that's quite impressive) they have seating for the people to wait and when you get your jab the lady is very nice and polite, I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Very helpful staff. Was nice to receive my medication without feeling judged based on what they were.
