Lillington Pharmacy

Previously I went to a chemist in Brunswick Street , Leamington Spa for four years without any problems.
I have been going to THIS pharmacy for two months . In the latest debacle I rang to check whether a prescription sent by my GP two days previously was ready. The answer being in the affirmative, I walked the half mile to pick it up. On returning home it was found to be a prescription dated two months previously. I rang again and was told to come back to the shop.On getting there they had to mount a twenty minute search to find it.
Obviously I am well impressed and likely to place my health in their hands.

Absolutely rubbish. They're open 9am-6pm but want you to get your medication after 9.30am and no later than 5pm.I was refused my medication because I was not going to get there until 5.50pm after picking up my prescription at 5pm from the bottom of town. I was told to go to a chemist that dispense until 6.30pm, so I did. Lloyd's at Crown Way are much more sympathetic and acccomodating. You can collect medication from 8.30am till just before 6.30pm. Much more accommodating for those who work plus they stock loads more products. Lillington Pharmacy don't have simple items such as hair bands. They do do a good range of £1 items which I did like and the female staff seemed friendly. I've given 1 star as it wouldn't allow me to rate 0 stars!

Friendly, helpful and professional service from all staff. I have regular repeat prescriptions for myself and my daughter and they organise with my GP surgery and have ready to collect in a very timely manner. Highly recommend for prescriptions, advice and over the counter medication and personal care.

I've always had great service here, friendly and professional. The staff are all so willing to help, and I've often found products here that I've struggled to get elsewhere, definitely recommend.

Very friendly, polite ,helpful staff. Nothing is a problem for them if you have a health or medication concern . ... they will do their best to sort it out.

I have been using the services of this pharmacy since January and I am very happy, my caretaker praises the professional and friendly service.

Very professional staff ,just moved from Lloyds pharmacy in crown way as had loads of problems with Lloyds,this independent pharmacy are very professional treat you as a human being very polite and very helpful and they even answer the phone so will be using them each month from now on ,would highly recommend them to anyone from now on thanks again
