Had a prescription since Thursday which was only ready on Monday. Came in to collect it on Saturday twice. Both times, the queue was out the door and nobody's medications seemed to be ready. It was probably an exceptional circumstance but there was no explanation

All the staff here are brilliant. They are always busy but are very kind and patient, even with difficult customers. I cannot rate this pharmacy highly enough, I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I was waiting on Saturday morning for over half an hour for my prescription. I was annoyed when i asked the assistant where it was but she looked then realised she lost my prescription form.
I wouldn't have minded so much but i finished a ten hour nightshift three hours earlier & wanted to get to bed

The assistants in store are always friendly, helpful and accommodating. It’s a little frustrating that for whatever reason there often seem to be problems getting prescriptions from the doctors next door and they don’t always have the items I required in stock, which can be worrying. This is, I understand, most often a problem with imported supply of certain medicines.

Absolutely diabolical customer service, if you value your health I would NOT recommend this pharmacy.
Messed around when went to collect a repeat prescription (been taking for 15+ years) for nearly 45 minutes. Had run out of one of my medications, ordered through the NHS app, went in to collect to be told there was an issue with the prescription so sent to the surgery next door. No-one left able to do a prescription (late Friday evening) so sent back to pharmacy for an emergency medication issue. Queued again to be told I had to go and speak to 111, that done and referral for medication sent to the pharmacy, queued AGAIN to be told the pharmacist did not see it as critical medication so speak to surgery on Monday. So now no Medication for at least 5 days!!! Glad the pharmacist can understand my medication regime better than the cardiologist who issued it. Abysmal service, could not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Shame you cannot select negative star rating :( must of seen over half a dozen other people turned away without medication they had come to collect whilst in there.

This is a friendly chemist with kind staff. We always phone first to check the prescription is ready and the staff on the phone are always really helpful and cheerful. They were able to arrange delivery during Covid but since lockdown has eased we having been picking up from the shop which is Covid secure and well set out.

Couldn't organise a pissup in a brewery. No communication between staff. We specifically asked if they had our tablets and full quantity needed, they said yes! The man then proceeded to get all tablets and handed them over to then say oh you need to come back tomorrow for the rest.. oh wait it gets better.. goes back next day (baring in mind were not local) and they've given my hubbys meds to someone else! So wasted trip! Then I've had enough as hubby don't drive due to condition so has to rely on me. So I phone up to get head offices number to get told which do I want number or address then get told oh wait no you can't you have to go through us. So tell them and they starting listing off a bunch of lies. So much so I hung up and managed to find head offices number for myself, after speaking to head office a full investigation is now being done and head office was not impressed at all. 3 days later finally received all meds that they said they had on day 1! Do not use this pharmacy if you value your health! Oh and if your a wheelchair user don't use the buttons on the doors they don't work and they refuse to fix them! So much for customer care aye.

The staff here are all very helpful and friendly even when working under extreme pressures, I was recently prescribed a new inhaler and the pharmacist rang me about a week or two afterwards to check I was getting on with it O.K ( something my COPD nurse promised to do but didn't) In these difficult times they are doing an amazing job !!
