My local pharmacy for over 35 years . The staff are very helpful and friendly.
They have all you items you need from a pharmacy. They have recently had a lovely shop make over.
Keep up the good work especially in these difficult times.

The staff are very friendly and you seen to wait less time for prescriptions to be processed relative to other pharmacies I've used.

I came in on a Saturday and received excellent service, all round the staff are fantastic, especially the tall chap out the front. Would highly recommend coming here for any medical advice you may seek.

I had lots of concerns about my health and was panicking a lot but the pharmacist and the other staff working there reassured me and gave me the best actions to take and I really really appreciate the hard work that they do!

Recently used the chemist for prescriptions for my daughter. Found the staff very empathetic and knowledgable. Definitely recommend.

After giving 4.5 stars last year , I am afraid I have to give 1star this year.
I send my son to get me an ear drops as I was suffering from earache whole night. He came back with throat spray, I asked him why? He said he was told there is nothing for ear and he was asked about my symptoms and was advised to buy the spray. I told him he should have called me before buying it as I can’t use spray , I get bad reactions. I asked hun to return it but as he was going out he didn’t have time. I was poorly the next day to return it and on Sundays they are closed.
I sent him today where he was told they won’t accept returns on medicine.
I called to see if my antibiotics were ready and spoke to the owner where he repeated their policy. My point was they shouldn’t have advised him when he wasn’t buying it for himself. He replied, we asked for symptoms. I replied, he doesn’t know my medical history you should have asked him to call me to see if I can take the spray or not specifically nowadays a lot of people have allergies. He said if he had return same day we would have refunded it. I explained to him it was already late when he came to your pharmacy and he was away the next day but that didn’t make any difference. It doesn’t make sense why you can refund same day but not couple of days later specially when the box hasn’t even been opened.
Out of principal, you should have refunded my money because you didn’t give a right advice, even if you had to bin the the spray. I had to pay £9 for my antibiotics and be out of pocket £7 for a spray I didn’t need.
This is the last time we are buying anything over the counter from your pharmacy won’t be recommending to anyone I know.
My advice to others are , if you are sending any one to get you a medicine because you are too poorly to go yourself, make sure to ask them to call you and check with you if the medicine the pharmacist is advising to have suits you, otherwise you be out of pocket.
Very disappointed with your customer service.

Having moved recently to the area, this pharmacy has been absolutely brillIant. Friendly staff and great service with my covid vaccine. Highly recommended!
