Really sad there is a long queue where you wait for an hour to give your details and another long queue to collect your medicine The staff are so slow. It's a hospital pharmacy with many patients so should have more working staff and should be efficient very sad the way they work

I am in the que for an hour , one of the worse que in my life ever. You have to be on que two times, collect the token and to collect the medicine. Could some please release this deadlock and help the valurable people?

Abysmally run; elderly people, pregnant women and people unable to stand left to queue for the better part of an hour.

People in wheelchairs abandoned awaiting service in the aisles of the store.

No clear delineation between queues. Only one computer open to process prescriptions with a slow member of staff.

Over an hour wait to get prescriptions, what is taking so long?

Had an hour long wait for simple prescription. Some waited more than I did, only old patient really needed help in the queue but staff was cold to anyone needs and plights..

If you need to collect from this Boots pharmacy make sure you have time to spare. Only one pharmacist is serving two queues and it takes ages.

Really poorly run! No clear idea of where and how the queuing system works, slow progress which left ill and sick people having to stand up. Why it takes so long when other pharmacies elsewhere are much much quicker I do not know...

The staff are lovely and in my experience always professional and apologetic about the wait. Had to use this pharmacy about a dozen times this years and never queued for less than half an hour, worst was 2 hours but that was particularly busy that day in outpatients department. There is always some confusion with members of the public not knowing which lines to join, once you inside the pharmacy it has 2 clear signs but outside there is just a long queue that people naturally join only to find out when they get to the front they are in the wrong queue. Better signage outside the pharmacy would help and also signage explaining the process and the ticketing service as if your prescription sent to the pharmacy you assume you can pick up. But atlas you still need to join the queue to obtain a ticket then head to the waiting area. As mentioned the staff have always been good with me and it is a particularly busy due to location but some better organisation by boots would make the experience much better for members of the public and a much less stressful environment for their staff

Really awful. Feel so sorry for the staff that work there. It’s the worst system I’ve ever experienced. Wait over an hour for ticket number then queue for another 40 minutes to collect. No consideration for people unable to sit / stand for that length of time. Left without needed medication and staff unable to provide any solution. Sad.
