Day Lewis Pharmacy Southborough

Went in on Saturday to pick up the prescription which I new they had as the doctor electronically sent to them to be told they didn't have it there was a queue one pharmacist who was in the consulting room so phoned the doctor Monday morning and she re did it went in today and they have the prescription but don't have what we need trouble with the delivery. And yet again one pharmacist and my partner has run out of the medicine.

Delivery service very handy for someone disabled like me.

The new Pharmacy is even smaller than the old one, some items here expensive (lemsip is over £6) but it's easy to pick up prescriptions.

Never have anything in stock always take ages to serve customers bad pharmacy

I went to collect my partners prescription as when he went they didn’t have one of the items. When I got there I had to wait about 20 minutes to get into the pharmacy and when I went in they still didn’t have one of the items. They are understaffed and very unorganised. Although the staff are lovely. I told them we both work full time and cannot keep coming back. So they will deliver. But we won’t use them again. They need a total reorganisation and more staff.

Never answer the phone and service is sooooooo slow, hoped this may have changed since the move. Sadly not :-(

I go to this pharmacy regular and the service is excellent I highly recommend them
