Worst pharmacy I’ve had to deal with... ordered prescription in on Monday for collection on Friday, went in on Saturday to pick it up to be told it hadn’t been ordered in yet (also not the first time this has happened). Was then referred onto 111 for emergency medication who proceeded to tell me that there were large gaps in my prescription history and, therefore, they couldn’t resolve the issue due to this (massive cause for concern considering I’ve been ordering these tablets monthly for the past year!). The pharmacy appears to be incompetent at keeping an accurate medical record on their system and have failed my confidence in them multiple times - firstly, in not ordering in my tablets; secondly, in being unable to arrange emergency medication when I have run out and am in urgent need of it. I have lost all trust in them and it baffles me why they continue to follow excessively complicated administrative procedure that simply serves to cause stress and anger customers. If I could I’d rate 0.

Try ringing them on customers service 5 times today no answer understaffed

Good Pharmacy with helpful staff. Can be busy at times so avoid peak times unless you enjoy queuing.

The staff are great but management needs to staff till past 8 as the staff have been made to clock out at 8 which means that the counter isn't staffed to 8 but closes 5 minutes before. I tried to call them to explain my situation as I am a slow walker, 3 minutes before 8pm twice but got no answer both times and as I got in the building seconds before 8, I found the shutters already closed.
Just to reiterate that this is not the staffs fault but the poor handling of the managers in charge! Shame on you! Nowhere have I worked have they ever not made sure that the shop stayed open till the closing time with time after to sort out end of day stuff. SMH!

Called the pharmacy to order a repeat prescription and the lady who answered was very friendly and helpful. Was really easy to order and will be sent an email when it's ready to collect.
