Well Wednesbury - Union Street

I am calling this pharmacy and the phone is constantly being put down , this place is a joke , when the young man works its is ran very well indeed , the staff that work Longside him are very good and helpful , but when the lady covers for him it's not professional at all, the staff tell you they have ordered your medication and they don't, when your medication arrives it's usually wrong in the amounts or something missing , the lies are unacceptable when it's important medication of yours , fed up with some of the service in this pharmacy and I am gonna change pharmacy now, its such a shame as I have used them for years , it only takes one person to rubbish there name and the lady there has definitely done that .

Used this chemist for 29 years now yes it's seen lots off changes and iv never once had a problem everything always right and always on time

TOTALLY INCOMPETENT !!
Waited for over 25 minutes in the cold & rain which I accept for social distancing, but to then have the door closed in my face by some woman saying they were closing for 90 minutes while there were many people still outside is very much unacceptable.

Its not onky for medication but you can buy make up and other women things fot ladies and razors etc for men there is things for the bathroom

All I can say is that both of the chemists in the Stow were absolutely rubbish and one of them tried to rip me off. The other one couldn't care less. I won't go there again

All ways on time with my prescriptions sometimes have to wait and they do not know how to answer the phone.

Never had any issue with this pharmacy. On 18/01/22 a nicely dressed lady came to answer very rudely and rejected my request for an urgent prescription. I asked her if I could see the Pharmacist, gentlemen working inside the shop, she approached to him and both agreed to disagree my request for urgent prescription request. Sadly, I had to leave and go to the other pharmacy nearby and they happily accepted my request and issued the medicines after a couple of hours later. Sad.. the regular staffs are always nice but I had a very bad experience on that day.
