I have changed to a different pharmacy further away as the staff in here are rude and unhelpful.
Every time I go in to collect my prescription I have ended up having to explain myself and today the girl who served me was confrontational and wouldn’t listen.

I think they are worth a 4 star. I have never had any issues at this pharmacy, apart from when they said the pharmacist was in and they weren't. I have always found the staff to be polite and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic staff, very professional & all make me very welcome even with my dog. ***** 5 stars!

Visit at least once a month and staff are excellent and friendly. Some of the 1* reviews on here are a joke.

Staff always helpful, friendly and professional on phone and face to face. Laura was so kind verifying my prescription was ready and got it out to me as I was unable to collect it. The delivery person was respectful and friendly.

Staff are always pleasant and friendly and on the rare occasion I’ve needed advice, the pharmacist has been professional and helpful. Queues are always well managed, too.

Was informed closing time was 1pm. Apperently shut at 12? I needed my medication which was very important to have before Christmas and now I am not able to get it because of lousy staff not giving correct information.

The staff are rude and suggested I was a lier when I questioned them about missing items from my prescription. They have no idea what they are doing. They source work out but don't have contact numbers for these companies. The worse has purple hair, which for most assistants would not be allowed, and shows a general lack of professionalism. Anyway I have changed pharmacy and would not recommend them at all. I do not make a habit of leaving reviews, which shows how disappointed I am.
