Shocking service

Female staff member spoke with A short feminine Arab male pharmacist who refused, me buying a certain brand of tablets as I am not a woman. I reminded The female staff member that she failed to ask me the vital questions. To provide her with the correct information.

Unprofessional staff and they don’t understand common practices on product knowledge.

This review was a lot longer with the staffs names included. Yet I will save them the grace of embarrassment and rewrote this.

I will send the full email to the CEO. Lloyd’s isn’t a name you can trust. As apparently mistakes can happen......... in medicine ? Not filling me with confidence.

Horrendous service, staff are always polite but for the reason that they never answer their phone and when I did collect it there was often something missing and they got the order wrong. They need to employ more staff for this extremely busy pharmacy to improve customer service and for safety/ attention to detail.

First off they didn't have the item i needed in stock so I was happy to go elsewhere, the pharmacist said if I took the prescription token to boots they would be able to issue it for me as she had sent it back to the spine, walked to boots and they couldn't get the prescription as lloyds hadnt returned it to the spine 😡 the lovely lady in boots tried to call Lloyd's twice but no answer, as boots were getting busy i said I'd be happy to call them, I rang over 20 times! for it just to be unanswered 😡 i then walked back to sainsburys (even though I'm in alot of pain) and told the lady what had happened she did not apologise just said "we've been very busy" 🤬 bloody useless! Not good service at all, especially when your feeling rubbish.

Long ques and they don't bother answering the phone. I was told by the pharmacist that "they would be on the phone all day if they answered it". Then hire more staff ffs. To order a repeat prescription you have to go in to order then go back the next day (and wait an hour) to pick it up. Its like the dark ages.

Every prescription ive had to collect from here has had an issue. Its not been sent by the dr, we've oredered it but it hasnt turned up, we sent it back because you hadnt collected it within 1 day of being processed. Absolute joke. Most unhelpful staff as well.

Poor customer service, rarely answer the phone and no attempt at helping just directed straight to the complaints services who when calling them hungup on me after 10 minutes of being on hold! Would not use this lloyds pharmacy again

Terrible service, tried ringing several times eventually the rude staff took the phone off the hook rather than answer

A month on, and after a complaint to head office, still ignoring the phone. A pity I can't give them.no stars at all

Tried to call again to get prescription ready no answer, turn up guess what not ready cannot give 0 stars

Appalling service, and not for the 1st time. Tried more than 50 times over 2 days to get through on the phone to report medication not being delivered. Eventually spoke to someone and was promised my Mothers prescription would be delivered yesterday. Still not there today and she has run out of urgent heart medication. Could not get through on the phone again today. Would like to say though that the person who does deliver it is helpful and very nice.
