Eclipse Pharmacy - High Street

My own experience with them since they have opened has been nothing less than absolutely amazing without any flaws or comments for improvement from my personal observation and the service I have received. While visiting them on almost daily basis, as soon I step inside I’m shown immediately how immaculately maintained and well run the Pharmacy is! I can also see there is a strong well balanced, professional team behind the operation. The most notable impression than anybody will see / note is how much they really value their customers, able to always provide good customer service, attend in the quickest way with extra care, giving a true genuine customer value & the respect I was shown personally! I deeply appreciate everything and all the people there! Thank you so much for I am so happy I choose eclipse. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the same quality’s and service!!

I never seen such a pharmacy like this one in my life. Extremely frustrating service I received. I went several times to collect my medication and they complained against the surgery but the surgery already send it for me. Then I went again to collect my meds and they said its out of market, then I went on next day and they said they don't have it in their stock. They assured me as soon as they get it they will send it to my home. I waited for more than a week but they did not. Then I called them and they became very abusive to me.

Found this pharmacy online, as I needed a COVID test to travel the next day. The staff were fantastic! Very helpful, efficient and friendly!

Booked a fit to fly urgent pcr for results same day by midnight. £70. No results by 9am next day and no answer on phone as it’s a bank holiday. Had to travel urgently to central London for a fit to fly. Would like my money back and compensation!

Absolute shocking service. I was given the run around over my dads medication, and to be fair the issue was not just with the pharmacy but also with the GP. I was told that my dads medication needed to be changed from 8mg to 4mg as 8mg is no longer available and once I ensured that the GP issued a new prescription we were told the 4mg was out of stock too. I was told that the stock would be in the next morning and when I called numerous times to confirm they they were still waiting for the driver to drop the meds from the other branch. When I said I am frustrated I was told ‘do you want me to magic the pills out of nowhere’ when they had clearly promised me they would order the medication from their other branch the very next day. The absolute shocking part is when I asked for a dispensing token so I could pick it up from their other branch, I was told ‘well we have it here but you said you’ve moved pharmacies now…’ basically because I had changed my pharmacy rather then doing the courtesy of giving me the last medication that has been sent to them they chose to give me a dispensing token. Absolute petty and disgusting behaviour and one I will be reporting to the appropriate NHS channels. Following on from your response below, I can also confirm you are absolute liars and that I have noted down times and the content of our calls which I will provide when making an official complaint. Also please don’t lie and say you resolved the issue regarding the mg as I will also ask my GP to confirm who had to call up to get it changed. The fact that you are unable to take constructive feedback and respond with lies should tell you that you have a serious problem at the pharmacy. Not professional at all.

Would highly recommend! After arriving late for my vaccination due to attending the wrong pharmacy first I was made to feel extremely welcome & told not to apologise for my late arrival. Extremely professional but also a friendly service. The vaccination was explained to me & I was able to ask any questions I had. I was not rushed at all during my appointment which made me feel at ease. I felt extremely safe & assured of the vaccination. Very pleased my second vaccination is also at Pyramid Pharmacy & I hope with the same gentleman again. 10/10 service. Thank you so much!
