Greeted with a smile from all members of staff each time I have visited.
Not to mention the fabulous text messaging service which has saved me on many occasions when I have forgot to put in for my medication.

I’ve been using May & Thomson Pharmacy for a few years. Very efficient in sorting out prescriptions. Ever so helpful in the shop when trying to decide which product might be most suitable. Went for a Covid booster jab and they had got the process sorted out to be calm and effective. Great!

Polite and knowledgeable staff who listen carefully and always do their best to meet your needs.
The building is due an upgrade but the pharmacy is clean and tidy.
The service is consistently first class.

Very efficient and well-organised. I had my COVID booster here and within 5 minutes of arriving I had been 'done' and was waiting the 15 minutes recovery time. Impressed!

Really friendly, helpful staff. We had initially booked for our Covid19 autumn booster jabs. They also offered to give myself & husband our flu jabs & take our blood pressure whilst we were there- great service !

Great efficient service. We went on a Sunday. Was quick with friendly staff. Barely felt the vaccine - best experience of a Covid vaccine so far. Would highly recommend.

Pharmacy used as COVID vaccination centre. Very prompt and efficient service. Had my jab within 3 minutes of entry. Courteous service and made to feel welcome .

I have lived in West Byfleet 20 yrs and only discovered this Gem today. They answered the phone within 2 rings. 5 other Chemists did not bother answering. My Chemist has not had an item despite me asking several times. When I got to this Chemist, I received a very warm smiley welcome. My item was dispensed very quickly, again with a smile. Their Service is exemplary. I will use in future as my preferred Chemist, even though it is further away.
