The staff at this chemist are all amazing and they have got to be really praised. There job working in the difficult times and with such a diverse community, I would like to thank you all for all your support and help during such a difficult few years. Naz and Fabio are dedicated and friendly and have a difficult and stressful job, but despite that I'm always welcomed with a smile. A smile is contagious and a kind gesture goes along way. Today I went to pick up my usual prescription and I was surprised to see Guy who has previously worked there. I have to say I witnessed a dream team at work. So the staff as always are very appreciated and I want to thank them all publicly for all that they do. From Mrs Christina Simmonett. Keep up the good work.

Shockingly bad service. We’ve lived locally for nearly 7 years and they’re consistently rude and unprofessional. I’ve been amazed many times by the way customers/patients are spoken to and both the staff on the till and pharmacists (usually seems to be a locum) act like they really don’t care.

Upsetting experience each time I am there. Incredibly intimidating and rude ladies are working there. Terrible customer service.

I must admit that I was initially conditioned by the discreet reviews of the pharmacy. My experience, however, was very positive and I can only recommend this small pharmacy to the people of Arbury. They always answered the phone promptly and managed to help me in the best possible way. Special thanks to the pharmacist Fabio with whom I interacted in Italian for matters that I would not have been able to explain in English and he helped me in the best possible way.

Absolutely anexeptable behavior from a pharmacy!!! that supposes to give you treatment/medicine for your problem!!
Went there with a prescription from Babylon GP and didn't even try to help me,just proposing other pharmacies to go on a Friday afternoon(that were far too away also!)
I propose to go again the next day(maybe their system was off)but they refused!
Either they didn't know how to do it or (most likely) they were too bored to register in a computer for 2 minutes!!
The result was to not start my treatment at that day(even I was in pain)
But we'll,they don't care!

There is a reason that this place has an average rating of below 2 stars. Absolutely horrific service! The pharmacy decided to shut early with no warning, despite us having pre-booked appointments for the Winter Flu Jab service. This pharmacy is also in a very rough and dodgy area, so I would avoid if possible.

Well what can be said about this pharmacy. I have watched people leave this establishment in tears. My experience is that you go to the doctor's and they send your prescription to a pharmacy of choice and you can collect pretty much Instantly if not within the hour. Not here they say up to 5DAYS to get your prescription and added to that they say it with terrible attitude. If you want a normal experience with some kind of humanity and a level of service above 1 star go elsewhere believe me your wasting your time going here. !!
